Interesting how the equipment gets around. This is underneath my chair in my classroom. Peculiar.

people keep asking me what we use to make our beats.
well here it is.

Students sagging beyond

Incredible, I'd want to outlaw this way of dress too. I always bought big jeans so I wouldn't have to sag, when I was young, size 40 on the waist when I was really a 30. The days as a youngin long over.

Some real wise words from G-Unit’s – Young Buck.

“If you’re smart enough to budget your albums and stay under that one word that all of these rappers forget about which is “recoup,”…you’ll be able to succeed through any type of record sales that you may have. I’m the type of n***a that recouped from the first project where I didn’t owe Interscope or G-Unit a dime. So going into this project, I was fresh not owing nobody nothing. It’s about the knowledge the artist has to feel in order that I feel. It’s about making classic material period, the whole low record sales are due to n***as making un-classic material. If you don’t make an album that’s worth someone buying your CD for 15 dollars, then that’s on you.

My first week was 140,000, somewhere around there. It was enough to make me have the number one rap album in the country. I came out amongst MIMS, and Lil’ Flip and all these other dudes. Speaking of MIMS, he had 14,000 spins at radio and I had 1,400 and I was able to come out and double his sales. From his sales to mine, I doubled up on MIMS, I should say. So I know in this industry, it ain’t about how many spins you got at radio or all that s**t; it’s about delivering classic material. So holla at me six months later when I’m at a million sold…”

Truth be told.
interview in its entirety on allhiphop.com

Sundays are music days for me.

So I’ve made the decision to proceed with the debut album, with all original material, as originally planned, freshened up some of the songs, it was quite easy to be honest (rehersals), I’m ready to go into studio and knock them out.

First gotta start a little marketing buzz, get the old myspace page up and running.

I love the fact that I embed myself in that timeless hip hop versus cookie cut crap rap that mostly is played on the radio.

Can’t wait to finish this project.

Shout out to Diggs, Sober, and Antiix, for supplying the hot production.

This will be my first official album release. I really can’t wait, then again… yes I can, I’m a patient kind of fellow. No rush. ;)
